Uploads and storage
The Uploads tab shows every image in your organisation's pages and how much of your plan's image storage you've used.
Opening Uploads
Only organisation admins can open Uploads. Click the organisation card at the top of the sidebar and choose Uploads under Admin, or choose it in the hub's left-hand rail (see Organisation overview).
The gallery
Images are listed newest first. Each tile shows the image with its file size, dimensions, the page it's on, who uploaded it and when. A tile marked In recycle bin belongs to a page in the recycle bin.
Click a tile to open the page, or the saved page version, that holds the image.
Images on pages you can't open, such as someone else's private page, appear as Private image with their size only, marked "Not visible to you". Being an admin doesn't let you see inside other people's private pages.
Organisation logos, team and space logos and profile pictures aren't listed and don't count towards storage.
How storage is counted
The figure at the top shows how much you've used against your allowance, for example "used of allowance used". Storage is pooled: everyone in the organisation shares one allowance, worked out per seat. Your plan sets the amount per seat; see the pricing page.
- Per-seat plans multiply the per-seat amount by the number of seats you're billed for, so the allowance grows as members join. See Seats.
- Flat plans count as one seat, whatever the number of members.
- Images on pages in the recycle bin still count until the pages are permanently deleted.
If your plan has no storage limit, the page says "No storage limit on this plan".
When you run out
When an upload would take the organisation over its allowance, the upload is refused and the editor explains why. Existing images are never removed. To make room, upgrade your plan, or delete pages you no longer need and remove them from the recycle bin for good.
Each image also has a maximum size per upload, set by your plan. See Images and the pricing page.
